To request a download of your and your child’s personal data:
We’ll notify you by email once your request is complete and your download is available. It may take a few weeks to prepare your download. Once it’s ready, your data will be available to download in the app for 30 days.
Personal information in the following categories will be included in the download. The download is not an exhaustive list of personal information, and is limited as provided by federal laws governing financial institutions. Review our Privacy Statement for more details.
Personal information may include your name, email address, physical address, date of birth, citizenship, number of dependents, and marital status.
For information about biometric data you provide, review Verify it’s you.
Data we generate is your gender, inferred by your first name.
Not all the data we collect is included in your personal information download. We follow laws and regulations that outline what we’re required to share. For more information about the data we collect, how that data is used, and how we protect your privacy, review our Privacy Statement.
To make a data deletion request:
We’ll notify you by email once your request is complete and your data has been deleted. Review Updating your notification settings to manage your notifications.
Making a request to delete data won’t delete your account.
Not all your data is deleted because some of it is essential for your account or is required or permitted to keep under laws governing financial institutions.
We retain personal information that is necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations and that isn't otherwise subject to deletion under applicable law.
