Sign in with a new device
To sign in on a new device, you’ll follow different steps depending on whether you have your old device or have already set up passkeys (iOS only). In some cases, you may need to complete additional identity verification steps to ensure security for your child’s Trump Account. These measures are designed to protect the account and keep it safe. Verify it’s you and Security best practices have more details.
We take your security very seriously, so some services or functionality may be unavailable when signing in from a new, untrusted device (review trusted devices for more information). These services include actions like linking a bank account or debit card.
Before you can resume service, you may have to verify your identity in one or more of the following ways:
Passkeys by Apple enable you to sign in to your child’s Trump Account from all your Apple devices without using a password. It’s easier and more secure than using a password to sign in.
Device approvals are an extra level of security meant to help keep the account safe. Any time you update the account information or log in to the account on a new device, we’ll send a notification to each of your mobile devices to verify it’s really you taking the action. You can either approve the notification to complete the action, or deny it to help secure the account instantly.
When you change your phone number to log in, we'll ask you to verify your identity to help ensure the account's security.
