If you’ve been logged out of your child’s Trump Account and are having trouble getting back in, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

Follow these steps to regain access:

1. If you know the username and password, review Verify it's you for verification steps
2. If you don’t remember the account’s username or password, on the login page, select Get help, and then select:

• Forgot password: Enter the email address, and then select send email and follow the on-screen steps to verify your identity
• Forgot email: Verify your identity by entering your birthday or Social Security number (not your child's), and then follow the on-screen steps

If you're still unable to log in, try the following:

• Check your email: Make sure you’re using the correct email that’s associated with your child’s account. Also check your spam folder or try searching for Trump in your email.
• Clear your cache or try a different browser if logging in on the web.
• Update the app to the latest version if you’re using a mobile device.
