Trump Account nickname
The account nickname is a unique identifier that’s required for your child’s Trump Account. You can find the nickname on the profile in the app or on the web within your child’s account.
For this initial launch, you can’t change the account nickname. This capability will be available in a future update on the platform. The account nickname is not the account username (email address) that’s required for logging in to the account.
No, you must use the email address associated with the account to log in. This enables you to view and manage all your children’s Trump Accounts from one location in the app, using the same login credentials.
Choose a nickname that’s unique. Make sure to follow our App Use Standards and Security best practices. Never include sensitive personal information in a nickname, such as the child’s Social Security number, primary email address, or bank account number. Keeping sensitive personal information out of the nickname helps us protect the account.
The account nickname must be between 3 and 20 characters long, and can only include letters, numbers, and underscores. It also must be unique. If someone else already has that nickname, you’ll be prompted to create a different one.
Note that inappropriate or profane terms aren’t permitted. You also can’t use a nickname to pretend to be associated with the Trump Account or another company. In rare cases, our system may block full or partial names.
Check out our App Use Standards for more details. If you experience issues when creating a nickname that follows our guidelines, try again with different characters or abbreviations.
