Update the address
If you or your child has recently moved and has a new residential address, you’ll need to update the address on record for your child’s Trump Account. The child’s residential address may be used to determine Qualified General Contributions, so it is particularly important to make sure it is up-to-date at all times.
You must wait until your account setup is complete before you can update your account information to something other than what you provided on Form 4547. This includes the email address, address, and phone number through the account settings.
When you update your address, we will also send a confirmation notice to your previous address to ensure the security and accuracy of your information.
If you forget to update your address and a piece of mail gets returned, we may temporarily restrict your account until we have an accurate address on file.
Your new address will be on your new account documents, but it won’t appear on your previous statements, trade confirmations, or tax documents.
A change may have been processed to comply with formatting rules required by the U.S. Postal Service. These revisions include changes to punctuation, spacing, or other minor edits.
